Villa Serena

Set among the lush hills of Summerland, this full design-build project transforms the property into a relaxed outdoor retreat with timeless Mediterranean character. The landscape unfolds through layered gardens, mature trees, soft plantings, stone pavers, and open lawn areas that create a natural sense of discovery. A new pool anchors the space, complemented by a custom pergola, sauna, and outdoor shower designed for year-round enjoyment. Every element, from the hardscape to the smallest planting detail, was thoughtfully integrated to create a setting that feels established, intimate, and effortlessly connected to its surroundings.
